![]() I've tried running netstat -aon in the command prompt to see if the ports are used (while download station was on, and I was supposed to be seeding), but I didn't see any of the ports I've forwarded being used. I've opened the ports in Linksys Smart Wi-Fi that the NAS could use (5000, 16881, 6881), but it didn't work either. ![]() I've turned off VPN and Windows firewall - didn't work. I've tried using a UPNP setup at first, enabled it in Download Station, and on my router, restarted the devices, but it didn't work. 2 years ago as it was highly recommended for gaming, and 4K streaming. I could easily set up everything, but now I even struggle with the router setup (p.s.: I don't have 2 routers, however I have NordVPN which it might see.? not sure).įYI, I have a Linksys EA8300, which I bought approx. In my previous setup with the use of the Synology Assistant, and wizards etc. However as the title says, the torrents won't seed, there is no upload at all, only downloading works. It always uploaded a lot faster than regular uTorrent, and similar software, and I like the mobile app for it as well. I've installed my packages, and the one I'd use really often would be the Download Station. I also needed extra space, and I found a nice bundle with 2x2TB HDD, so I bought the NAS. So I've recently purchased a DS220+ to replace my DS213J, as I felt like I will need the extra power to stream 4k to my TV. ![]() I don't know much about networking, and I am not really tech savvy, so keep that in mind please. It will probably be a long post so sorry in advance. ![]()
